In a ceremony presided over by His Royal Highness of Bhutan, Acción Andina was awarded the Jigme Singye Wangchuck International Award for Environmental Excellence, becoming the first foreign program to receive this accolade. Acción Andina President Constantino Aucca Chutas traveled to Bhutan to receive the award.

Mastercard Feature: Harking back to the Inca’s golden past to plant a greener future
Last year, the Mastercard-led Priceless Planet Coalition, which aims to restore 100 million trees worldwide, expanded its planting sites to include nearly 1,000 acres in Peru and Ecuador.
